Because of this, production and delivery times may be longer than standard retail shipping.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

By purchasing digital content, you agree that access will be provided immediately and you waive your 14-day cancellation right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Because of the nature of digital downloads, digital products are non-refundable.

However, colours, materials, and printing results may vary slightly depending on device screens and printing processes.
8. Shipping & Production
Some physical products sold on this website are printed on demand. This means that the item is produced only after an order has been placed.
Production typically takes 7–15 business days before the item is shipped.
Estimated delivery time may be up to 3 weeks depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

Physical products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner (Lulu Direct) for production and delivery.
